Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using Louplr's platform and AI-powered tools. By using Louplr, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
Prohibited Content
You may not use Louplr to create, generate, store, or distribute any of the following: (a) sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content of any kind, including AI-generated nudity or sexual imagery; (b) content depicting graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or harm to others; (c) content promoting terrorism, extremism, or radicalization; (d) hate speech or content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic; (e) content designed to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate individuals; (f) child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors — this is a zero-tolerance policy and will be reported to authorities.
Intellectual Property
You may not use Louplr to: (a) generate content that intentionally copies or replicates the copyrighted work of others; (b) upload reference images to which you do not hold rights or appropriate licenses; (c) create counterfeit goods or knock-offs of existing brands, logos, or trademarks; (d) sell products using AI-generated content that you do not have the rights to commercialize. You are responsible for ensuring that all content you create complies with applicable intellectual property laws.
Fraud & Deception
You may not use Louplr to: (a) create misleading or deceptive product listings; (b) generate fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements; (c) produce content intended for phishing, scams, or social engineering; (d) impersonate other individuals, brands, or organizations. All product listings created using Louplr must accurately represent the product being sold.
Platform Abuse
You may not: (a) create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, bans, or suspensions; (b) use automated tools or bots to access Louplr in a manner that exceeds normal usage; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or find vulnerabilities in our systems; (d) share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access; (e) resell or redistribute Louplr's services without authorization.
Payment Processor Compliance
Louplr uses Lemon Squeezy as its payment processor and Merchant of Record. Products and content created through Louplr must also comply with Lemon Squeezy's prohibited products policy, which includes but is not limited to: sexually-oriented or pornographic content, illegal or age-restricted products, counterfeit goods, and products for which you do not hold proper intellectual property rights. Violation of Lemon Squeezy's policies may result in payment suspension independent of Louplr's own enforcement.
AI-Specific Guidelines
When using our AI tools, you must: (a) not attempt to bypass safety filters or content moderation systems built into our AI providers; (b) not use prompt injection or adversarial techniques to generate prohibited content; (c) acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results — you are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or selling; (d) not represent AI-generated artwork as human-created artwork if doing so would be deceptive in your marketplace context.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content on Louplr that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to support@louplr.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. You may also report violations anonymously.
Enforcement
We enforce this policy through a graduated approach: (1) First violation (minor): warning and content removal; (2) Second violation or serious first offense: temporary account suspension; (3) Repeated or severe violations: permanent account termination without refund. For zero-tolerance violations (e.g., CSAM, terrorism), we will immediately terminate the account and report to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation at our sole discretion.
