These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Louplr platform and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Louplr. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or suspensions.
Services
Louplr provides AI-powered tools for product creation, including prompt generation, artwork generation, style analysis, content generation, and mockup placement. Services are provided on an as-is basis and may be updated or modified at any time.
Tokens & Billing
Our services operate on a token-based system. Tokens are consumed when you use AI tools and reset at the start of each billing period. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, sales tax collection, currency conversion, and PCI compliance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create using Louplr, including generated artwork, prompts, and product listings. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring that any reference images you upload do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not use Louplr to generate, store, or distribute: (a) sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind; (b) content depicting violence, gore, or harm to individuals; (c) content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others; (d) content promoting illegal activities, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination; (e) content intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead; (f) counterfeit goods or products for which you do not hold proper rights. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds for unused token periods may be issued at our discretion. As Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, they reserve the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase to prevent chargebacks. Chargebacks may result in a $15 dispute fee and potential account suspension.
Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or if required to comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any stored content. You are responsible for exporting your data before account termination.
Limitation of Liability
Louplr is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for your purposes — you are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content.
Third-Party Services
Louplr integrates with third-party services including AI providers and Lemon Squeezy. These services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or privacy practices of third-party services.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of Louplr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
