We do not directly collect or store payment card information — all payment data is processed and stored by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, manage your account and subscriptions, process AI generation requests, communicate service updates, and ensure platform security.
AI-Generated Content
Prompts you submit and artwork generated through our platform are associated with your account. We do not use your prompts or generated content to train AI models. You retain ownership of all content you create using Louplr.
Payment Processing & Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made on Louplr. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, sales tax collection, and PCI compliance. When you make a purchase, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Lemon Squeezy — we never have access to your full credit card details. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for authentication and database management, and trusted cloud providers for image storage. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use the following categories of third-party services: (1) AI providers (OpenAI, Google) to power our generation tools — minimal necessary data is sent to process your requests; (2) Lemon Squeezy for payment processing and subscription management; (3) Analytics tools (privacy-respecting) to understand usage patterns. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.
Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. You can also request a complete data export or account deletion by contacting us at support@louplr.com. For payment-related data, you may also contact Lemon Squeezy directly.
Children's Privacy
Louplr is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
