Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are handled for Louplr subscriptions and services. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if: (a) you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error; (b) the service was significantly unavailable during your billing period due to issues on our end; (c) you request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription and have used fewer than 10% of your monthly token allocation. To request a refund, contact us at support@louplr.com with your account details and reason for the request.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: (a) tokens that have already been consumed; (b) partial billing periods after cancellation; (c) accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy; (d) subscription upgrades or downgrades mid-cycle (prorated charges apply).

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your credit card provider instead of contacting us first, this is considered a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension, a $15 dispute fee (charged by the payment processor), and loss of access to your content. We strongly encourage you to contact support@louplr.com before initiating a chargeback — we are committed to resolving billing issues promptly.

Lemon Squeezy's Rights

As the Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at its own discretion, particularly to prevent chargebacks. In such cases, the refunded amount will be deducted from our next payout.

Free Plan

The Starter (free) plan requires no payment and therefore is not subject to refunds. If you are unsure about upgrading, we recommend trying the free plan first.
