Louplr Team

Louplr Team shares practical guidance from building AI workflows for prompts, artwork, mockups, and listings used in real print-on-demand production.

The biggest bottleneck in print on demand isn't creating one great product, it's creating a hundred. The manual workflow of prompt → artwork → upscale → mockup → listing takes about 20 minutes per product when you're moving fast. Multiply that by 100 products and you're looking at over 30 hours of repetitive work.

Loops solve this by chaining Louplr's AI tools into automated sequences. Set one up, hit start, and go do something else while it creates your entire collection.

What a Loop Actually Does

A Loop is a pipeline, a series of connected steps that feed output from one tool into the next. The simplest Loop might just generate artwork from a list of prompts. A full production Loop carries each piece through the entire journey: artwork generation → upscaling → mockup placement → listing content creation.

Each step runs automatically. When artwork is generated, it passes straight into the upscaler. The upscaled image feeds into the mockup placer. The final mockup and artwork trigger the content generator to write listing copy. You get a stream of finished, sellable products at the end.

Setting Up Your First Loop

  1. Go to the Loops section in your Louplr dashboard.
  2. Select the tools you want in your pipeline. For a full production Loop, select Artwork GeneratorArtwork UpscalerMockup PlacerContent Generator.
  3. Configure each step: choose your AI model, quality tier, target resolution, mockup template, and listing style.
  4. Add your prompt source. You can type prompts manually, select a saved prompt pack, or connect the Prompt Generator to create them on the fly.
  5. Set the batch size. Start small (5–10) for your first Loop to verify the settings produce what you expect.
  6. Hit start. The Loop begins processing and you'll see real-time progress as each product moves through the pipeline.

Choosing Loop Settings That Work

The temptation is to max out every setting. Ultra quality, highest resolution, most complex mockup. But for batch production, this burns through tokens fast and takes significantly longer. A better approach:

  • Use High quality for artwork generation (Ultra is overkill for most products)
  • Upscale to 2x: sufficient for most poster sizes and significantly faster than 4x
  • Choose 1–2 mockup templates per Loop rather than generating 5 variations per product
  • Run a test batch of 3 products before committing to a larger run

When to Use Loops vs Manual Creation

Loops are best for: building out a validated niche (you know the style works, you just need volume), seasonal collections (holiday themes where time is critical), and testing niche ideas at scale (generate 20–50 products quickly to see what gets traction).

Manual creation is better for: hero products where you want to iterate on individual designs, highly custom work that requires prompt-by-prompt tweaking, and learning the tools when you're just getting started.

Managing Loop Output

A productive Loop session can generate dozens of finished products. Don't publish everything blindly. Review the output, keep the strong pieces, and archive or delete anything that doesn't meet your standard. Even the best settings produce occasional misses, that's normal.

Pro tip: sort your Loop output by quality and publish the top 60–70%. This curated approach keeps your shop quality high while still benefiting from the efficiency of batch production.
